I love to read sci-fi, science (nonfiction), and essays about math, music, language, and art. Thanks to Columbia's Core Curriculum, I also spend a lot of time reading about the meaning of life, but I haven't gotten around to finding it yet.
$ ls "currently reading"
- Greg Egan, Permutation City, which is brilliant
- John Updike, Still Looking: Essays on American Art, which I think the people on Goodreads are rating based on how many of the painters they recognize
- R. F. Kuang, Katabasis, which is rather unimaginative for a book about math and Hell and makes me kind of sad to read
